After a weekend getaway with my Studio 4 the Willing® partner and bestie, not only was I rested and rejuvenated, I came home with a short list. A list of ideas of things to try to make based on a few items I had eaten on our short and quick trip
One of those items was...
Dry-Roasted Chickpeas.
After the first attempt, I can mark it as a complete success. This is one crunchy little snack that will be made frequently in our home!
1 can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans, drained and blotted dry.
Spread in a single layer on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Roast at 450º for 40 minutes until lightly brown and very crunchy.
Pour into a bowl, season with Himalayan salt, garlic powder, chili powder or whatever seasonings you desire.
Enjoy!
