SIMPLE APPLE DESSERT

Would you like a tasty dessert that is completely legit?


This is one of my favorites that I created when I wanted something that seemed like a little treat.


INGREDIENTS

  • One apple, cut in pieces (I leave skin on for nutrients, if organic.)

  • Ground cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, ginger, whatever you prefer. Sprinkled to "coat".

  • ¼ cup water.

That's it!



INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut up the apple, put in a small skillet and season with spices. (A little FRESH ground ginger gives an extra little Kick.)

  • Cover and let it cook, stirring now and then.

  • When apples start to soften uncover and continue to cook/stir until the water turns to more of a syrup.
