I was craving fajitas today and had everything in my fridge to make them, so I did.
What is "everything"? Check it out...
INGREDIENTS*:
Onion, sliced in strips
Sweet Bell Pepper, sliced in strips
Baby Bella Mushrooms (or whatever your fave), sliced
Avocado Oil
Seasonings: Himalayan salt, black pepper, garlic powder, turmeric, cilantro, chili powder, paprika
*amounts depending on how much you need
INSTRUCTIONS:
Spray skillet with avocado oil and stir veggies and seasonings with a little water until tender.
Serve with my favorite easy grain-free tortillas, guacamole, sour cream (or plain yogurt) and salsa or what I used (chopped tomatoes, onions, cilantro and seasonings)
